Green Camping
General information - Green Camping
Every year after the festival, there is a great amount of waste left on the campsites, which has to be collected, sorted, recycled or removed. The amount of waste, like pieces of furniture or tents, is rising year after year. At the same time there is a high demand for quiet camping.
The Green Camping area allows all visitors, who are interested in a cleaner and quieter environment at the festival, to camp in separate areas.
Due to limited capacity of camping spots in the Green Camping area the purchase of the „Weekend Festival Ticket – Green Camping“ is required. No additional fees will be charged. It is not possible to purchase or register for the Green Camping afterwards.
The Green Camping area will open at the same time as the other camping areas. For further information, please click here.
Please notice that the rules for the Green Camping area are the same as for all other camping areas! In particular please pay attention to the signs/camping rules at the entrances. Aside from that please respect the curfew from 1 am to 7 am. There will be several waste disposal spots which will be emptied frequently. Every visitor agrees to take their tents and other camping equipment back home again. Only tents are allowed – no additional constructions.
