WEEKEND FESTIVAL TICKET – GENERAL CAMPING
Weekend festival tickets are valid for the entire weekend and include general camping, parking and free use of the showers and water toilets.
WEEKEND FESTIVAL TICKET – GREEN CAMPING
Green camping focuses on nature conservation and waste separation. The tickets are valid for the entire weekend and include beside green camping also parking and free use of showers and water toilets. With this ticket you can also environmentally friendly travel to and from the campsite by public transport operated by Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN).
DAY FESTIVAL TICKET
The day festival ticket is valid on the respective festival day from begin until the end of the show. The Day Festival Ticket does not include parking and camping.
CARAVAN CAMPING
Caravan Camping is a separate area where you can camp in your camper or trailer.
In addition, 1 awning or 1 small tent may be put up directly next to the vehicle. The ticket includes the use of water toilets and showers in the Caravan Camping area. Purchasing a Caravan Camping pass entitles the holder to connect to power supplied by the organiser in a radius of about 50 m.
CARAVAN CAMPING – CAMPER PASS (Camper)
A Camper Pass is required for each camper to park at the Caravan Camping area.
CARAVAN CAMPING – TRAILER PASS (Trailer)
A Trailer Pass is required to park a trailer with towing vehicle at the Caravan Camping area.
CARAVAN CAMPING GUEST TICKET
Personal acccess authorization for the Caravan Camping area. The ticket is only valid in conjunction with a Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping!
UTOPIA STAGE CAMPING
Camping in a reserved area in the immediate vicinity of the Utopia Stage. Alongside the fantastic location, the Utopia Stage Camping offers direct access to the main stage. In addition, there are complimentary sanitary facilities as well as parking areas in the direct vicinity (optional at extra cost). Only valid in conjunction with 1 Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping per person.
UTOPIA STAGE CAMPING – CAR PASS
Parking pass for a car in the immediate vicinity of the Utopia Stage Camping. An optional Car Pass can be added during the ordering process but not subsequently.
(SEASIDE) BACKSTAGE CAMP
Backstage Camp and Seaside Backstage Camp, situated in the countryside or on the picturesque lakeside and yet still centrally located, offer a festival experience of a special kind.This begins with the arrival, as there are ready-to-move-in tent accommodations with great comfort. Along with complete camping equipment and the first-class location, this exclusive area also offers a parking area in the direct vicinity (optional at extra cost).
Backstage Camp has a reception, free WiFi, power outlets, exclusive sanitary facilities nearby and paved paths in the camp. It also has its own lounge and bar area. The ticket is only valid in conjunction with a Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping!
BACKSTAGE CAMP – CAR PASS
Parking pass for a car in the immediate vicinity of the Backstage Camp and Seaside Backstage Camp. An optional Car Pass can be added to the booking during the ordering process but not subsequently.
VIP UPGRADE
VIP UPGRADE WEEKEND
With the VIP Upgrade Weekend, you can enjoy the festival in a very special way. The VIP Uprgrade Weekend includes the following services on all three festival days:
• Reserved VIP parking
• Separate VIP-CHECK-IN
• Separate VIP entrance to the infield
• Shuttle service directly to the event area
• Exclusive entrance to the first and second barrier of the Utopia Stage via Hermann-Böhm-Straße (if capacity available)
• Access to the Utopia Lounge, the exclusive VIP stand with the best view of the Utopia Stage, with its own bar and toilets only for VIPs
• Free drinks (beer, soft drinks, water) and food at the Utopia Lounge
• Exclusive Rock im Park merch package
Only valid in conjunction with 1 Weekend Festival Ticket per person.

With the VIP Upgrade Day, you can enjoy the festival day in a very special way. The VIP Uprgrade Weekend includes the following services on the respective festival day:

SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPING
The Special Needs Camping is an additional barrier-free campsite with special facilities and staff support. The camping area is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the event area. Visitors, which own a medical certificate of disability (class b) and a maximum of one accompanying person can camp here. The camping area has a special assistant point, which is continuously manned and can answer your questions about the festival competently. You can hand in any medication that requires refrigeration here. The special assistant point has a central power supply available where, if required, electrical appliances - e.g. electric wheelchairs – can be charged. The ticket also includes parking in a separate parking area near to the Special Needs Camping.
On presentation of your festival ticket at the CHECK-INs you will get, during the specified opening hours, a wristband. This wristband allows you to enter the General Camping area as well as the festival site. Please note that you must go to the correct CHECK-IN to receive your wristband.

CHECK-IN
On presentation of your festival ticket at CHECK-IN A, CP 4, CP 4.1 and CP 5/6/8/9 you will get, during the specified opening hours, a wristband. This wristband allows you to enter the General Camping area as well as the festival site. You will find the exact location on the site map.

General information
Every year after the festival, there is a great amount of waste left on the campsites, which has to be collected, sorted, recycled or removed. At the same time there is a high demand for quiet camping.
The Green Camping area allows all visitors, who are interested in a cleaner and quieter environment at the festival, to camp in separate areas near the Colosseum.
In addition, the Green Camping Ticket includes free use of the public transport of the Verkehrsverbund Großraum Nürnberg (VGN). With these you can travel to and from the campsite in a relaxed way and protect the environment. You can find the VGN area here.
Please note the following when camping at the Green Camping area:
The same camping rules apply in the Green Camping area as in all other camping areas - in particular the parking and camping rules displayed at the entrances of the festival site! Aside from that please respect the curfew from 1 am to 7 am. There will be several waste disposal spots which will be emptied several times a day if necessary. All visitors agree to take their tents and other camping equipment back home again. Only tents are allowed – no additional constructions.
CHECK-IN
On presentation of your festival ticket at CHECK-IN CP 5/6/8/9 you will get, during the specified opening hours, a wristband. This wristband allows you to enter the Green Camping area as well as the festival site. You will find the exact location on the site map.

General information
As no trailers/camper/folding trailers are permitted in the regular camping and parking areas, we have set up a separate camping area for campers and trailers. A trailer (caravan with towing vehicle) or camper (motorhome) is a vehicle that offers fixed sleeping places for as many people as are permitted in the vehicle according to the registration. The total weight is restricted to 3.5 tons. The overall length for trailers (caravans with towing vehicle) is restricted to max. 12 m. The overall length for campers is restricted to max. 7.40 m. Cars are not allowed at the caravan camping area.
If you decide to come with a trailer or camper, please note the following:
1. Car Pass
Every trailer/camper needs 1 respective Caravan Camping Pass. The Trailer Pass is valid for caravans and the Camper Pass for motorhomes. It is not possible to change the pass at a later date. The pass only entitles the holder to park one motorhome or caravan. A small tent may be placed directly next to the vehicle or an awning may be installed.
2. Guest Ticket
Every occupant (including the driver) also requires a "Caravan Camping Guest Ticket" and a "Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping".
3. Parking lot
Trailers and campers have seperate parking lots (Trailers: 22│Steintribüne or Beuthener Straße. Campers: S5, 30│Z-Wiese, Zeppelinstraße or Beuthener Straße). You can see the exact location on the site map. We offer power connection in a radius of about 50 meters. To connect you need a CEE load-current line plug, tripolar, 230V / 16A BLUE with a length of minimum 50 meters.
Please notice that the rules for the Caravan Camping area are the same as for all other camping areas! In particular please pay attention to the signs / camping rules at the entrances.
CHECK-IN
On presentation of your Caravan Camping Guest Ticket and Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping at the CHECK-IN C you will get, during the specified opening hours, a wristband. This wristband allows you to enter the Caravan Camping area as well as the festival site. You will find the exact location on the site map.

Sanitary facilities
The use of the water toilets and showers, which are located at both ends of the Steintribüne, is included in the ticket..
General information
The Utopia Stage Camping is a separate campsite (CP 3) in the immediate vicinity of the main stage. Here you have a reserved area (approx. 2 x 2.50 m per person) at your disposal. The area also has its own access, which is only reachable via Max-Morlock-Platz (opposite to the stadium). Besides the fantastic location, Utopia Stage Camping offers direct access to the Utopia Stage area. Separate parking spaces are also available (optional at extra cost).
Please note the following when choosing the Utopia Stage Camping:
1. Ticket with reserved camping plot
When buying the ticket you have to decide which plot (or, in the case of groups, on contiguous plots) you want to camp on. It is not possible to subsequently change plots. Each person needs at least one camping plot.
The "Utopia Stage Camping Ticket" is only valid in conjunction with a "Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping".
2. How do I find my camping plot?
After you received your festival wristband at CHECK-IN C, our security staff at Gate E will help you to find your reserved camping plot quickly by using the plot number (see ticket).
In the following you will find a camping site map of the Utopia Stage Camping. Based on this map you’ll get an impression of the size of your reserved plot. Take notice of that when choosing your tents.
Please notice that the rules for the Utopia Stage Camping are the same as for all other camping areas. In particular please pay attention to the signs/camping rules at the entrances.

The (Seaside) Backstage Camp offers a special kind of festival experience. It begins right on arrival, with pre-assembled tents that are big on comfort and ready for immediate use. Backstage Camper have the opportunity to experience the festival in their own camping area in the immediate vicinity of the Utopia Stage.
There are two areas: The „Backstage Camp“ and the “Seaside Backstage Camp”. Backstage Camper obtain access to both areas, however you have to decide in which area you want to camp during the ordering process.
Along with complete camping equipment and the first-class location, this exclusive area also offers parking areas in the direct vicinity (optional bookable). The Backstage Camp has a reception area, free WiFi, power outlets, exclusive sanitary facilities and surfaced paths in the camp. It also has its own lounge and bar area.
Please note that the same camping rules apply at Backstage Camp as at all other camping areas (exceptions: tents and pavilions are not permitted in the camp)! In particular, the parking and camping rules posted at the entrances of the festival site must be observed.

For the bikers among yourselves we established as separate camping area (near the Backstage Camp), where you can camp next to your motorbikes. You don’t need to register for that.
Please notice that the rules for the Motorbike Camping area are the same as for all other camping areas! In particular please pay attention to the signs/camping rules at the entrances.

On presentation of your "Weekend Festival Ticket – General Camping" you will get a wristband at CHECK-IN B, which allows you to enter the general camping area and motorcycle camping area as well as the festival site. You will find the exact location on the site map.

General information
The VIP upgrade offers an exclusive festival experience. It starts with your arrival, as you will receive your festival wristband at a separate CHECK-IN and also have the opportunity to park in a reserved VIP parking lot. There is a convenient shuttle service from the CHECK-IN and parking lot directly to the festival site. On the festival site there is also a separate VIP entrance for you.
A special highlight is access to the Utopia Lounge, with its own bar, the best view of the main stage and free drinks and food.
in addition, you will have direct access to the first two barriers of the Utopia Stage via Hermann-Böhm-Straße (if capacity is available).
With the VIP Upgrade Weekend you will also receive a Rock im Park merch package with exclusive merch only for VIPs as a souvenir.
Please note that the VIP Upgrade is only valid in combination with a "Weekend Festival Ticket – General/Green Camping". We would also like to point out that the Utopia Lounge and the VIP shuttle are not barrier-free.
CHECK-IN
On presentation of your "Weekend Festival Ticket – General/Green Camping" and "VIP Upgrade", you will receive a festival wristband at the separate CHECK-IN II during the specified opening hours, which is valid for entry to the festival sites.
The exact location of the VIP-CHECK-IN and the opening hours can be found here shortly before the festival.
Shuttle
There will be a shuttle service from the VIP-CHECK-IN and VIP parking lot directly to the festival site. More detailed information will be announced in time.
Toilets
There are exclusive toilets for VIPs at the Utopia Lounge.
