Dos & Don'ts
Prohibited/permitted items
Our safety concept consists of a large number of safety-relevant procedures, which are developed, coordinated and implemented together working hand in hand with the police and the responsible security authorities.
However, we still need your help in this matter!
The better you follow the rules and regulations, the more effective and faster are the security checks at the entrance to the camping area and to the event area. We ask you therefore to read our detailed safety instructions.
Camping Area

ATTENTION! Carrying such items may result in rejection of the vehicle and exclusion of the attendee from the festival upon arrival; all the prohibited items will be confiscated without replacement. Power generators found on the site will be secured by the police!
Event Area

These items are prohibited in the event area in addition to all prohibited items in the camping area.
In general, only personal items and clothing are permitted into the event area.
- Suncream
- Lighter
- Empty foldable water bottles made of plastic
- Medicine (asthma spray, pills, etc.)
- Powerbank
- Contact lenses solution
- Hand sanitizer
- Cigarettes / E-cigarettes
- Insulin syringe (NO normal syringe only for s.c. application = very short needle): max. 1 syringe is allowed
- Small insulin bottle
Small sealed snacks such as muesli bars are generally allowed - but these are really only small items. Fresh foods such as a sandwich or a banana are not allowed.
Generally, prohibited items are: bags, backpacks and containers of all kind. The only exception being small belt bags.
Refusal of entry carrying prohibited Items
At the entrances to the event area you will be denied access with prohibited items. You can either throw the forbidden item away or you bring it back to your camp or vehicle.
Additionally, there is the possibility to store items in the lockers outside of the camping area for a fee (see subtopic "lockers with mobile power
Please carry your car keys always with you – especially when leaving the camping area. In case of emergency or heavy storms please go directly to your safe car.
In the following you will find general information about camping. These are general rules that apply to every camping area. You find more detailed information about the different camping areas at the respective camping categories.
General information about camping
The "Festival Ticket" can be seen as “all-inclusive-ticket”. This means, access to the camping area and showers is included with exception of: "Atmos Camping“, „Backstage Camping I", "Backstage Camping II, "Seaside Backstage Camping", as well as "Trailer/Camper/Minivan Camping". Access to these exclusive camping areas requires an additional ticket.
Generally, you are not entitled to a certain camping area. The security staff will assign you a spot depending on the free space that is still available.
On the parking space, only parking of cars is permitted – no sleeping and no setting up tents.
Please note that camping “in the wild” is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by the police and the security staff!
No wild camping! Flora and fauna, especially the picturesque shore areas, must be protected.
The entire event site is located in a water protection area. It is the most important task for all of us to protect nature. Consideration for flora and fauna is paramount. According to the law, it is strictly forbidden to introduce water-polluting substances into the ground. The areas on the banks of Silbersee, Flachweiher, Großer Dutzenteich and Kleiner Dutzenteich as well as the numbered ponds, which are valuable for nature conservation, may not be entered. The same applies to the west bank of Flachweiher pond and the footbridge between Flachweiher pond and Kleiner Dutzenteich pond. In particular, reed areas where reed birds are breeding during the festival may not be disturbed, entered or contaminated.
Wild camping outside designated camping areas, especially in the parking areas, is prohibited and will be prosecuted by the authorities. The city of Nuremberg issues a general ruling on this every year and considerable fines of up to 2.500 Euro (e.g. for the pitch and occupation of tents, the parking of caravans, mobile homes and similar mobile camping devices for the purpose of occupation and the occupation of such objects) . Furthermore, in the event of a violation of the camping ban, the regulatory authorities can enforce the ban directly by removing the camping facilities without prior warning.
Please make sure that you only pitch your tent in designated and marked areas to save your wallet.
According to the Federal Nature Conservation Act, it is also prohibited to stalk, capture, injure or kill wild animals of specially protected species or to remove, damage or destroy their breeding or resting places. This affects all European bird and bat species, among others. Violation of these regulations constitutes an administrative offense under § 69 BNatSchG, which can also be punished with a drastic fine by the responsible authorities.
Each attendee entering the festival site – which also includes parking and camping area – must have a valid entry authorization in the form of a festival wristband and a festival ticket.
Please note that people staying on the enclosed camp area without authorization will be reported for obtaining services by deception (§ 265a StGB) and for trespass (§ 123 StGB).
Prohibited items on the camping area
People and the luggage they carry will be selectively checked and searched for prohibited items on the entry to a camping area. Visitors with large luggage and fully loaded hand carts should expect long queues to enter the camping area.
The following will help you to avoid long waiting times:
- Bring only the equipment you really need
- Read the list of prohibited and permitted items carefully. For example, glass bottles, gas bottles and power units are not permitted into the camping area.
If you follow these rules, you can pass the control points faster.
Usage of the camping area
Please use only the official camping areas. They offer enough space for every visitor. The camping areas are numbered for orientation purposes - please take a look at the signs at the entrance to the site. If your desired camping area is already occupied, please refer to the LED screens at the Info/Service centers Terminal A and B and follow the instructions of the local staff.
No delimitations (rain channels) may be dug in the camping area around the tent.Party tents and power units are forbidden!
The white-marked escape routes are to be kept clear at all times!
Festival or party tents, beer sets and power generators are prohibited!
The camping areas are only to be used as such. The digging of tent boundaries (similar to a moat) or the digging of holes to use as refrigerators is damage to property. If ignored, the security staff will file a complaint to the police! The festival site is located in a recreation area and natural park and is therefore not a playground. Thank you for your understanding!
Camping Rules
To ensure safety and order as well as to contribute to a friendly come-together on the camping area the parking and camping rules are binding for every visitor. Following you can find a shortened version. The full parking and camping rules can be seen under general terms and conditions.
- The orders of stewards and security staff must be followed; they apply in addition to these provisions.
- The German Road Traffic Act (StVO) applies on the entire event site and in the parking and camping areas. Only vehicles with a total authorised weight up to max. 3.5 t and only with no vehicle trailer may be parked in the parking areas. As an exception, motor homes, caravans and minivans may be parked by holders of Camper/Trailer/Minivan Camping tickets and Camper/Trailer/Minivan badges for an additional fee in the areas shown separately. Parking in unmarked areas is prohibited and will be prosecuted; vehicles may only be parked in approved parking. Vehicles parked outside marked parking areas or causing an obstruction on roadways or in rescue lanes may be towed away without warning.
- There is no entitlement to being granted a specific parking area and/or camping area within the category booked. Parking and camping areas are opened as required and allocated to attendees by stewards. Escape and rescue lanes must be kept clear of any structures at all times.
Wild camping outside designated spaces is prohibited and will be prosecuted rigorously. Attendees may use only the marked camping areas. - It´s not allowed to bring and set up large tents.
- The vehicles parked in the car parks are not monitored. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
- The organiser is generally not liable for damage and losses incurred by the user and attendee due to burglary, theft, fire, natural phenomena or other incidents. Valuables can be deposited in lockers in the left luggage office for a fee.
- Entry to a camping area is permitted only with an attached, undamaged festival wristband and with the associated entry ticket or valid festival pass.
- Luggage may be transported from parking to camping area with the aid of handcarts, hand trucks or platform trolleys; vehicle trailers may not be taken onto the campsites.
- When entering a camping area, luggage and bag checks are carried out. The organiser is entitled to refuse entry into the camping area if the attendee is carrying forbidden items.
- The entire event site is located in a water conservation area. Nature must be protected. Consideration for flora and fauna is the top priority.
- Power generators can therefore not be authorised; their use is officially prohibited.
- The operation of sound systems and power generators is NOT permitted in car parks and on campsites.
- No boundaries (rain channels) or other holes (e.g. for cooling) may be dug in the camping areas.
- Observance of the ground markings of the rescue routes is mandatory. The rescue routes must be kept clear in all circumstances.
- Animals may not be brought into parking and camping areas.
- Gas cooking appliances must be in perfect technical condition and comply with the German DIN standard. Only gas cartridges (plug-in and valve cartridges) up to a maximum fill weight of 450 g may be used. Open fires and campfires are not permitted.
- During the event, waste must be disposed of in the bins and containers provided for this purpose at the waste collection points.
- Routes, systems and all facilities of the campsite must be kept clean and treated with care. This also applies to the toilets, showers and washrooms provided. Urinating outside of the toilets provided for this purpose is not permitted. The contamination of bodies of water is prohibited. Wanton damage to trees and groves in car parks, campsites and neighbouring woodland is prohibited and will be prosecuted as vandalism.
- People staying on the enclosed camping grounds without authorisation will be reported for obtaining services by deception (§ 265a StGB) and for trespass (§ 123 StGB).
- Failure to comply with the parking and camping rules may result in temporary or complete exclusion from the entire event.
- Attendees must leave tent sites and parking spaces in an orderly condition at the end of their stay. Orderly condition particularly includes all waste being placed in the containers and stations provided, and the attendee’s own camping equipment being fully dismantled and taken away. Dismantling, cleaning of the attendee’s own site, waste disposal and departure must be completed by no later than Monday, 8th June 2026 at 10 am, when all parking and camping areas close.
- The current notices and the instructions of the on-site stewards as well as the current information on the official homepage and the official festival app apply in addition to the parking and camping rules.
Grilling and open fire
Grilling is only permitted with off-the-shelf small/compact grills. In order to avoid accidents do not use alcohol or gasoline when grilling. Likewise, no combustible liquid may be poured on already glowing coals. Please use only commercial charcoal lighters in accordance with the instruction manual and never leave the grill unattended. Caution - risk of injury!
In addition, remember to grind the coals completely and do not extinguish them with water. Sudden extinguishing with water generate large amounts of hot water vapor, which causes scalding. In addition, the used coal shouldn´t be dumped onto lawns or other surfaces for cooling, but must be disposed of with the garbage after complete cooling.
All gas cooking appliances must be in a technically perfect condition and comply with the German DIN standard. Only gas cartridges (plug-in and valve cartridges) up to a maximum fill weight of 450 g may be used. Larger gas bottles, open fire and campfire are not permitted.
Grilling may be prohibited for safety reasons in stormy or similar weather conditions. The security service must be informed immediately if a fire breaks out, even if it was possible to extinguish the fire independently.
With regard to incidents in the past few years, we would like to point out again that grilling is allowed only outdoors and under no circumstances in tents or other festival accommodations because of the suffocation and fire danger!
The city of Nuremberg issues a general ruling on this every year and considerable fines of up to 1.000 Euro (e.g. grilling and lighting open fires on parts of the street and on forest areas). Furthermore in case of an offence on the grilling prohibition the removing of grill equipment without prior warning can be used by direct force.
Glass
To avoid cutting injuries, we are intensively checking that no glass containers are brought into the festival site!
We would like to point out that there is no return points for glass containers with deposit in the immediate proximity of the festival.
Falling branches in the camping area
We would like to point out that on the camping areas there is a chance branches of larger trees can break. Especially when it´s windy!
Of course, there are regularly inspections of the city of Nuremberg, but a risk can never be completely ruled out.
Camping alternatives
Via the Congress- und Tourismuszentrale of the city of Nuremberg there is the possibility to check availability of hotel rooms during the festival period.
The youth hostels are also very centrally located. Further information can be found at tourismus.nuernberg.de.
General Information
The festival grounds are not a lawless zone. The festival was planned in collaboration with the relevant safety authorities and is supervised day and night by the police, fire department, and medical services. In addition, hundreds of security staff are on duty to ensure the festival runs safely and that everyone involved has a good time.
You can report emergencies at any time by calling 112 (please note: anonymous calls are not possible!) or by informing the security staff. You’ll find security staff at all crossings and at the entrances to the campground. Please don’t hesitate to report anything that seems unusual, even if you’re not sure whether it’s actually an emergency.
If you wish to contact the medical service directly, please dial 0700 / 911 53010.
Please look out for one another and help those who need assistance. Our security staff, the medical service, the fire department, and the police are here to help you if necessary. Please do not hesitate to approach them.
We Are Here for Everyone
Everyone should feel equally comfortable and welcome at our festival. That is why we advocate for open, tolerant, and respectful interaction with one another. We stand, without exception, for equality, diversity, and justice, and we have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or discriminatory attitudes.
To ensure that this is an unforgettable and wonderful festival experience for everyone, we ask everyone to be considerate and to show moral courage to help create a safe festival. The organizer and their authorized third parties retain the right to enforce house rules throughout the entire festival. Instructions from the organizer’s security staff must be followed without exception.
Individuals wearing clothing with inhuman, homophobic, far-right, or any other discriminatory imagery, or carrying racist, xenophobic, and/or radical propaganda materials, will not be admitted to the grounds and will not receive a ticket refund. Individuals who draw attention to themselves on the premises through the aforementioned statements or behavior will be immediately expelled from the festival grounds without a refund.
Cell Broadcast and KATWARN Alert Service
In the event of technical malfunctions, severe storms, or general emergency situations, Rock im Park, in cooperation with the City of Nuremberg’s Integrated Control Center, will issue alerts via the KATWARN or Cell Broadcast systems.
Free download and activation at: www.katwarn.de/ROCK
The service can be activated, deactivated, or deleted at any time.
Health and Safety
Tripping Hazards and Sharp Edges
The festival grounds are as large as several soccer fields. We do our best to make every square meter as safe and free of tripping hazards as possible, and to immediately address any sharp edges we find. However, despite our best efforts, it cannot be ruled out that potential tripping hazards or the occasional cutting hazard may appear in various places. Therefore, we ask that you enter the festival grounds wearing appropriate footwear and clothing and exercise the necessary caution. Please report any hazards to us so that we can address them.
Cannabis
As of this year, adults are permitted to possess up to 25 grams of cannabis for personal use. Consumption in the immediate presence of minors is prohibited. It is also prohibited to sell, give away, or provide cannabis for immediate consumption. These legal regulations also apply throughout the entire festival grounds. We would like to point out that minors (accompanied by a legal guardian with a so-called “Feierzettel” may be present at the festival, and therefore the prohibition on consumption must be observed in their immediate presence.
Drugs
The use of narcotics and illegal substances (drugs) is prohibited throughout the entire festival grounds.
Noise Levels
You will be exposed to high noise levels, especially in the Event Area during concerts. We continuously monitor these levels using a professional decibel meter. Nevertheless, we recommend that you protect your ears with hearing protection (e.g., earplugs) so you can enjoy the concerts without risking your health. Earplugs are available free of charge at our information terminals.
Crowdsurfing
Crowdsurfing is prohibited due to the high risk of injury. Any endangerment of other visitors—particularly through “circle/wall of death,” “pogo dancing,” or the use of fireworks (including Bengal lights and smoke bombs)—is strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion from the event.
Drones
The use and operation of drones or other remotely piloted aircraft is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises. The only exceptions are for law enforcement agencies and the event organizer, subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
Weather and Storms
Sun
The sun’s rays can be particularly intense in the summer. Protect your skin with sunscreen. Sunstroke is no laughing matter. We recommend wearing a hat. Please drink enough water to avoid dehydration. There are drinking water stations on the festival grounds where you can get water for free. The summer sun and all the activity will increase your fluid needs significantly—even if you don’t feel thirsty. Keep in mind that alcohol dehydrates the body and depletes important minerals. Drink alcohol responsibly. Look out for one another!
Rain
Rubber boots aren’t just stylish in the fields—they’re practical too—and rain ponchos are a MUST in every festival pack.
If you’re using electrical devices at your campsite, please remember: water and electricity don’t mix—make sure no outlets or cables are sitting in puddles.
Storms
The safest place during a storm is your car.
Analyses of car capacity have shown that, mathematically speaking, there are enough parking spaces available for all festival guests, including those who traveled by train or were dropped off by their parents. Please offer other festival guests shelter in your cars and use your hazard lights to signal any free spots in your vehicle—new friendships are sure to form this way!
If there is a storm, avoid wooded areas and trees! Branches can break off, fall, and cause serious injuries.
Also avoid standing in the immediate vicinity of any structures on the grounds (e.g., lighting towers, speaker towers, etc.). We naturally comply with all safety regulations, and all structures are approved by the relevant authorities; however, despite all precautions, there is always a residual risk.
Always lock your tents and secure loose items before entering the festival grounds—that way, you’ll be prepared just in case.
Thunderstorms
The safest place during a thunderstorm is your car.
Count the seconds between the flash of lightning and the clap of thunder. The rule of thumb is: as soon as you hear thunder, the storm is just under ten kilometers away. If you divide the number of seconds between the flash and the thunder by three, you get the distance in kilometers that the storm is still away. If the time between lightning and thunder is only 3 seconds (or less!), there is immediate danger!
Please note the following:
Avoid contact with all metal wires and structures.
For safety, get into your cars.
If you are outdoors and have no way to seek shelter, keep the following in mind:
Do not be the highest point in the area! Lightning always strikes the highest object in the vicinity.
Find a hollow in the ground and squat down in the hollow with your feet together.
Stay away from trees: Lightning frequently strikes trees, as they are often the highest point in the area. The rule here is: Keep a distance of at least ten meters!
Maintain a safe distance of at least 1 meter from other people, preferably 3 meters. Do not touch other people! Keep your legs together.
Swimming is extremely dangerous. During a thunderstorm, open water is probably the most dangerous place on the entire festival grounds!
Wind and Large Tents
As safe as our large tents—where we offer various services—may be, they must also be closed once the wind reaches a certain speed because safe operation can no longer be guaranteed. For this reason, they are usually the first to be closed.
Entry / Fast Lanes
Visitors should expect longer wait times at entry due to increased security checks, among other things. Please do not bring any prohibited items under any circumstances!
Fast Lanes
We offer Fast Lanes, which provide the quickest access to the festival grounds. Fast Lanes are only available to visitors carrying no more than a cell phone, a set of keys, a jacket, and a wallet—and nothing else.
Medical Emergency
Call 112 – If you don’t have a cell phone, ask someone else to make the emergency call, or go to the nearest staff member (entrance, patrol on bike or on foot, etc.).
If it is a medical emergency, the festival’s medical staff will be alerted simultaneously. Be prepared to answer the following questions:
The 5 W’s and an H = How to do it!
Where is the patient?
What happened?
How many people are injured?
What are their injuries?
Who is calling (just give your name—the 112 operator automatically gets your number, and it can’t be withheld!)?
Wait for further instructions!
After that, there’s a lot you can do on your own—even without a first aid certificate!
Ensure your own safety: Make sure you are safe before helping others. If there is no danger to you, begin administering first aid. Reassure and comfort the injured person. Injured people are usually frightened and need reassurance that help is on the way.
Always keep escape routes on the campground clear. Ask others to direct the emergency services—an ambulance or team of paramedics is on their way to you on foot.
Create a privacy screen so that the injured person does not feel observed by strangers. This is an important consideration for many injured people.
If you have some basic knowledge of emergency medical care, you can achieve a great deal with these steps:

Police
Of course, the police will be present at the festival. A police station has been set up on the festival grounds and is staffed around the clock. The police are there for you and will take reports: Stolen cell phone → File a report. Property damage and/or bodily injury → File a report.
If you need emergency assistance on the festival grounds, always dial 110 directly. (Please note: calls to 110 are never anonymous; misuse of emergency calls is a criminal offense!)
Please don’t hesitate to report anything that seems suspicious, even if you’re not sure whether it’s actually an emergency.
Theft
Did you know that a tent offers almost no protection against thieves? Every year, thefts from tents are reported—sometimes even while people were sleeping inside! So:
Bring only as few valuables as absolutely necessary.
Don’t leave valuables unattended in the tent. Take them to the official lockers—you’ll feel safer, we promise.
According to statistics, the theft rate is highest on the day of arrival and the day before the concerts begin, in the early morning hours (between 3 a.m. and 6 a.m.). Especially in the initial euphoria, you least expect thieves, which they deliberately take advantage of. But now you know, and we’re going to prove the statistics wrong!
There have been instances where cell phones and wallets were stolen from the crowd during concerts. The same rule applies here: If you don’t absolutely need something, lock it away or don’t bring it to the festival in the first place. No matter how good the show is, keep an eye on your valuables and be especially wary of people who may be standing in the crowd without really being part of it and aren’t following the music.
Cell phones are often recovered! Therefore, report every theft to the police—even if you’ve just “lost” your phone. Lost items are accepted at the Info Point or the Rock im Park Lost and Found Office of the City of Nuremberg (at the police station) and are distributed exclusively at the police station inside the stadium. Be sure to check during the festival to see if your items have been turned in there. After the festival, the city will take over the safekeeping of lost and found items. After the festival, you’ll find the contact information for the City of Nuremberg’s Lost and Found Office on the website.
Fire
As the saying goes, better safe than sorry! So it’s best to prevent a fire from happening in the first place! Please keep the following points in mind:
Use only approved gas cartridges (Warning: risk of injury otherwise!).
No open flames!
Make sure all grills (including disposable ones!) are turned off before you head to the concerts.
Do not carelessly discard cigarette butts, especially in dry forest areas.
If a fire breaks out, quick action is essential.
The longer it burns, the harder it becomes to extinguish the fire. So here too: always call 112 first. (If you don’t have a cell phone, ask someone else to make the emergency call, or go to the nearest staff station (entrance, SOS tower, patrol on bike or on foot, etc.)).
Staff will relay your emergency call to the fire department on the festival grounds. Be prepared to answer the following questions:
Emergency Number 112: The 5 W’s and an H = How to do it!
Where is the fire?
What is burning?
How many people are injured?
What are their injuries?
Who is calling (just your name is enough—the 112 operator automatically receives your number, and it cannot be withheld!)
Wait for follow-up questions!
After that, there are a few things you can do yourself:
Prioritize your own safety: Always ensure your own safety first before helping others. A fire—and especially the smoke—should not be underestimated. If there is definitely no danger to you, then administer first aid.
Get people at risk or those who are injured to safety.
Reassure and care for them. Injured people are usually afraid and need reassurance that help is on the way.
Ask others to direct the emergency services—an ambulance or a team of paramedics is on their way to you on foot.
Create a screen so that the injured person does not feel observed by strangers. This is an important consideration for many injured people.
Please note: 80 percent of all fire victims do not die from burns—they suffocate from the toxic smoke produced by the fire. Therefore, never underestimate the smoke and always prioritize your own safety.
Fire Extinguishers
There are plenty of fire extinguishers on the festival grounds. You’ll find them at the emergency reporting stations in the camping area, at all bars and food stands, with the security guards on ATVs, and, of course, at all medical aid stations. If you need to use a fire extinguisher, you’ll find the instructions printed on the unit itself. However, they generally work something like this:

Please make sure to use the correct fire extinguisher whenever possible. Never use water to put out a grease fire, as this can have disastrous consequences.

Extinguishing a Fire
These guidelines can help you when attempting to extinguish a fire. Please note that you should always use the extinguisher in short bursts and aim it directly at the fire. The spray duration is usually shorter than you might think!

Evacuation
First of all: Don’t panic—an evacuation is usually just a temporary measure. In most cases, festival activities resume after the interruption.
The safest place at a festival is your car. Here, you’re protected from potential storms.
In the event of an evacuation of the grounds, there are numerous exits available to you. You can recognize the (emergency) exits by the standard emergency exit symbols, which, due to the size of the grounds, have been slightly enlarged or hung higher in some places. This is what our banners look like:

In addition to the regular entrances and exits, there are numerous emergency exits that will be opened immediately in case of an emergency. Therefore, familiarize yourself with the layout of the premises and note the location of the nearest emergency exit. The regular exit is usually farther away.
Did you know that most people instinctively run back the way they came, even if that route is clearly longer? So do better: get your bearings and, in an emergency, use the additional emergency exits!
If you are asked to leave the premises as quickly as possible via the exits and emergency exits, proceed calmly but quickly to the nearest (emergency) exit. The more gates that are used, the faster the premises will be evacuated—it’s that simple! And yes, help those who need assistance—not every guest can make it on their own!
Please listen to our staff. They are trained and know what to do. Their actions and instructions are designed to ensure your safety.
If everyone promptly leaves the premises as requested and follows the staff’s instructions, an evacuation will ideally proceed as follows:
How is an evacuation communicated?
First and foremost, the evacuation will be announced from the stages. A spokesperson will explain the situation to you and ask you to leave the event grounds and proceed to your cars. Help one another and offer shelter in your cars to visitors who did not arrive in their own vehicles. Use your hazard lights to signal that you still have room in your car.
Loudspeaker systems have been installed at the campsites, so we will also address you through these in the event of an emergency.
We also provide you with information electronically:
Festival App
Here, you’ll receive text messages keeping you up to date on the latest developments. You can download the app for free at any time from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Turn on notifications so you’re always well-informed.
Facebook, Instagram und X
Here you’ll always find the latest information, for example, if the German Weather Service has issued a warning for our venue. We communicate warnings even during normal operations so that you can prepare in advance for things like thunderstorms.
Katwarn and Cell Broadcast
In the event of technical malfunctions, severe storms, or general hazardous situations, Rock im Park, in cooperation with the Integrated Control Center of the City of Nuremberg, will issue warnings via the KATWARN or Cell Broadcast systems.
The service can be activated, deactivated, or deleted at any time.
We Are Safe(-ty)

Or, of course, via email at info@argo-konzerte.de
Past incidents have shown that events can be targets of violent attacks. To ensure a safe event, we conduct backpack and bag checks upon entering the campground. Additional checks are conducted upon entering the event grounds (infield).
Of course, our security concept consists of a variety of measures and security-related procedures that are coordinated and implemented in collaboration with the police and the relevant security authorities.
However, we also need your help with this!
The more everyone participates and follows the guidelines, the more effective, faster, and more efficient the checks will be. Together, we are committed to ensuring your safety and ours at the festival.
