Sensation: Foo Fighters confirmed!

The last missing main stage headliner is announced: the Foo Fighters play exclusively at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park. The two festival appearances are the only European headline appearances by the US multi-platinum rock band in 2023.
Five Finger Death Punch and numerous others complete the line-up.

After Die Toten Hosen and Kings Of Leon, the Foo Fighters are the third main stage headliner. In the meantime, fans of heavy sounds will be happy about another spectacular new confirmation, Five Finger Death Punch will also be performing at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park. The modern metal band is one of the most successful hard rock bands of the past ten years and has received numerous gold and platinum awards.

An old acquaintance is the German indie star Thees Uhlmann, who performed with his band Tomte at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park in 2006. The line-up is completed by the American metal band Bad Wolves, the Austrian indie duo Cari Cari, the glam rockers Steel Panther, the indie rock bands Yonaka and Pabst as well as Die Nerven, the most important German discourse rock band of the moment. Sam Tompkins, Mod Sun and the indie band Blond were also newly confirmed.

With the only European headline appearances by the Foo Fighters this year and the other latest confirmations, there is a sensational program that once again leads the national festival scene with an unprecedented range and exclusivity of top-class artists. Die Toten Hosen are extending their live celebrations for the band's 40th anniversary, appearing for the first time in one year only at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, where they will play their only two headline shows in Germany in 2023. Kings Of Leon and British metalcore pioneers Bring Me The Horizon can also be seen at Central European festivals this summer exclusively at Ring und Park.

International fan favorites such as Rise Against, Limp Bizkit or the rock duo Tenacious D as well as the alternative rockers Incubus, Evanescence with singer Amy Lee, US superstar Machine Gun Kelly or the hardcore hit Turnstile also play exclusive festival shows at the Rocks. The punk rock veterans NOFX have chosen the Ring and Park for their last performances in Germany, for which the festivals offer a fitting platform. Rock am Ring and Rock im Park will take place from June 2nd to 4th, 2023 at the Nürburgring and at the Nuremberg Zeppelinfeld. Tickets are still available for both festivals.
