Starting now, you can request a refund for your remaining balance here or through our app.

To do so, you’ll need the code on your wristband. Please handle it with care and keep your chip until the refund process is complete.

Refunds typically take up to 14 days. However, we ask for your understanding if it takes a little longer in some cases.

Refunds for unused Pre-Orders

Once pre-orders have been placed, the respective amount can no longer be refunded even if, for example, you did not pick up your pre-ordered Powerstation.
