From Ashes to New

Rap meets heavy guitars, electronic sounds, and catchy choruses. Since their formation, From Ashes To New have blended diverse influences into a modern rock sound. The band from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, first gained attention in 2016 with their debut album Day One, which produced a Top 10 hit on the Active Rock charts with “Through It All”. For their follow-up album, "The Future", the band had to restructure: singer Danny Case joined the lineup, complementing Matt Brandyberry, who handles both vocals and rap parts. Released in 2018, the album thus marked not only a fresh start in terms of personnel but also an evolution of the band’s sound. Songs like “Crazy”, “Gone Forever”, and “My Name” showcase how From Ashes To New blend rock and metal with hip-hop and electronic elements.
